The opportunity:
As Krypt is expanding its operations in North America, we are looking to hire an experienced Client Partner - Sales in the USA. You have demonstrated success in the SAP Professional Services space within the North American marketplace. You will use a consultative approach to sell SAP Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Analytics solutions to mid-market and fortune 500 companies. You’ll work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements and help design a solution for their use case. You will work closely with the Solution Director to shape our sales strategies.
Your key responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the full sales life-cycle from engaging, selling and closing opportunities with new and existing customers;
- Develop the Go-To Sales strategy for the Europe markets;
- Develop relationships through face to face meetings, phone, email, and professional networking;
- Sell Krypt’s SAP Products & Services to Technical and Business Supply Chain Industry audience;
- Engage directly by participating and leading client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required;
- Work closely with the Solution Directors, Presales, and Marketing team to design and develop demos, in-person, virtual meetings; eLearning videos to improve upon the way we sell into EMEA markets
Skills and attributes for success:
- 5 years of SAP Professional Services, or Consulting experience around identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing deals;
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple SAP Projects / Deals at the same time;
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated to become an expert with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proven record of sales success in a similar SAP Professional Services Organization;
- Successful track record of meeting multi-million $$ quota;
- Excellent presentation and listening skills;
- Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment;
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
- 30-40% Travel within USA and Canada
