WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential Functions and responsibilities

  • Perform all duties necessary to complete the monthly financial statement reporting process. Main duties include: complete journal entries, execute various SAP programs, prepare and balance financial reports, provide analysis of results, complete reporting to parent company.
  • Work with external auditors to complete annual audit process. Duties include: completion of assigned work papers including planning documentation, revenue testing, inventory testing, accrual calculations and flux analysis.
  • Complete government required surveys, including coordination of data gathering from other departments and consolidation of financial statements of affiliates.

Function support

  • Participates in bi-annual physical inventory, completing test counts of materials, tag verifications and posting final results to ledger system.
  • Completes invoicing to affiliates for corporate charges. Provide support to other Accounting colleagues when needed.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Minimum Qualifications

  • Perform each essential duty satisfactory.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Completion of all assigned tasks by required due dates.

Education / Experience

  • Requires four (4) year Degree in Accounting or Finance with two (2) years of related experience.
  • Well developed knowledge of GAAP.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system.
