OVERVIEW: As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will lead and implement marketing strategies for KSB Mining, KSB GIW, Inc. and GIW® Slurry Pumps. In this capacity, you will ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the strategic goals and brand identity of KSB, positioning our products and services as the "preferred choice" for their target audiences. You will work closely with the Executive Team to advise on marketing tactics. Additionally, you will be crucial in evaluating and analyzing marketing performance to promote ongoing enhancement. RESPONSIBILITIES: Principles and Guidelines: Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies for growth Oversee brand positioning and manage internal/external communications Lead the marketing team, processes, and budget management Support sales with marketing programs and materials Collaborate with global KSB marketing team Stay current with technology and marketing best practices Authorize payments for marketing activities and manage related transactions External Communications: Plan and execute campaigns for brand awareness, promotions, and new product launches Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials and digital/print media Organize promotional activities and tradeshows within budget Develop and implement digital marketing strategies Oversee social media content planning Monitor digital marketing channels, reporting on ROI and KPIs Manage website content creation and deployment Coordinate with external vendors for marketing materials Manage CRM software for lead development and customer retention Produce and distribute press releases Internal Communications: Ensure effective communication across platforms Coordinate with departments on internal communications Distribute marketing news and press releases internally Brand Identity: Maintain high-quality standards for all marketing materials in line with brand guidelines Advise on the design and presentation of GIW® Slurry Pumps products and materials Communicate and safeguard brand values Manage trademark applications and renewals QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications (or a related field) and 10-15 years of experience in a Marketing role or an equivalent combination of education and experience Masters Degree with a focus on Business or Marketing, preferred Industrial or B2B marketing experience, specifically in the marketing of capital equipment for mining and mineral processing, particularly slurry pumps High competence in project and stakeholder management Proven marketing campaign experience Experience with digital marketing such as social media marketing, content marketing, and performance analytics Experience managing a team Proven ability to manage budgets Professional and proactive work ethic Effective time management skills, the ability to multitask, and detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and strong copywriting skills Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Knowledge of Hubspot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools a plus TRAVEL: Occasional travel required FLSA Status: Salary exempt KSB Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
