BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: This role will lead and coordinate new initiatives to support the technical and business strategy of the organization. You will be responsible to drive large, complex projects to completion and execute roadmaps, while championing both business and technical goals. This role will liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders, including product owners, vendors, internal and external development teams. The incumbent will plan the delivery of multi-team initiatives, working across specialized business and technical partners to broker decisions and negotiate trade-offs.PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:Thoroughly understand and document program requirements and objectives.Lead and ensure alignment with Architects, Technical Consultants, Engineers, to meet program objectives.Collaborate with other units, including sales, support, and engineering, and product management, to ensure communication and understanding between departments.Understand and align programs to meet business goals and objectives (not just technical requirements and specifications).MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required, PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred. At least 3 years of software product ownership required. At least 3 years of Software Program Management required. At least 3 years of Mobile and web project management experience preferred. Intermediate knowledge of embedded software systems and cloud infrastructure.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Typical office environment. Travel up to 20%
