Your Role
The Superuser will be supporting all aspects of IT warehouse operations using existing WMS knowledge to help drive an efficient operation as well as overcoming any system hurdles. Your Responsibilities.Your Responsibilities
- Provide support for the smooth operation of the warehouse management information system
- Implementation of the customer structure into the warehouse system
- Coordination of the connection of the information system with the customer system
- implementation of changes, elimination of deficiencies in the system
- Provide consultations and daily support to employees
- Train of new employees, retrain and support of other users
Your Skills and Experiences
- General knowledge of information technology (data processing in relational databases, basics of SQL, EDI and networks, PC hardware, RDT scanner, barcode printers),
- Knowledge of the JDA Software WMS is an advantage,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office at the level of VBA macro programming,
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes, work in logistics in the field of IS support an advantage,
- Ability and desire to learn, communication with colleagues across the organization and at different levels of management, with regional support and customers,
- English language is a must, communication level of the English language (orally and in writing),
- High level of project management,
- Excellent organizational skills, excellent communication and reporting skills
