The Position
Kuhn Automotive Group is looking for a passionate, talented F&I Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.

Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.

Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.

Ensure that every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.

Prepare paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.

Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Background Required
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager

Must excel at structuring deals for maximum profitability.

Must have expert knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.

Must be well-versed in title laws and registration process

Must be professional in personal appearance and have extraordinary verbal and written communication skills

Must have exceptional customer service and be friendly

Strong expertise in negotiation and presentation skills is required

College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Valid driver’s license
