- Saturday 6:00am-2:00pm
- Sunday 6:00am-2:00pm

What You'll Do as an Assistant Manager
- Recruit, train and develop the best associates to drive a high performance team that consistently exceed customer expectations
- Oversee Inventory management which includes managing relationships with vendors
- Maximize store sales with high level of execution of merchandising and marketing programs
- Proficiently executes job responsibilities within the following areas: associate orientation, customer orientation and food presentation/concept execution (ie: daily books, completing CGO counts, completing daily checklist, following food concept program guidelines)
- Assess store condition and customer service levels and correct issues with limited direction.
- Assist in managing controllable cost by being educated on procedures for reducing inventory control, cash control, margin objectives and day-to-day operations expenses
- Responsible for ensuring personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Motivate and engage the store team to execute store goals
- Demonstrate an ability to support a positive work environment
- Exhibits professionalism in appearance, conduct and judgment

Salary : $29,800 - $37,700
