**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:**

- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting clients, and responding to inquiries.

- Coordinate and maintain all office administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, and record-keeping.

- Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering and purchasing as needed.

- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the office runs efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that the space is safe and welcoming for clients and employees.

- Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and vendors to ensure that all parties are informed and satisfied with the level of service provided.

- Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, Invoiceing, and scanning documents.

- Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of experience in office management.

- Proven experience in administrative roles, including office clerk and front desk experience.

- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Experience with payroll processing.

- A strong understanding of office management principles and practices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
