LPN MS/Tele Neuro Spine

Duties:

- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities

- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures

- Provide wound care and dressing changes

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques

- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records

- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges

- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Proficiency in ophthalmology procedures and assessments

- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy

- Experience with neonatal ventilators for respiratory support

- Expertise in dementia care and managing behavioral symptoms

- Familiarity with family planning methods and counseling

- Competence in airway management techniques

- Ability to provide health coaching to patients for lifestyle modifications

- Skill in catheterization procedures

- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance

- Proficiency in acute pain management techniques

Job Title: Neuro Spine MS/Tele LPN
Job Type: Contract (13-weeks)
Location: 7950 West Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804
Shifts: Nights - 7p-7a
Pay: $25/hr - $900 weekly taxed
Stipend: $720 weekly stipend

Requirements:
- Valid State or compact License
- Valid ACLS & NIHSS
- Acute Care 1 year experience
- Must have a permanent address outside a 50 mile radius of the facility

Salary: $1,512.00 - $1,620.00 per week
