What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRN LPN position at KVC Hospitals Inc.?
The LPN for KVC Hospitals helps determine the need for medical attention and communicating with case managers or treatment team in charge of the patient’s physical health. They transcribe and administer medications, attend to minor injuries or accidents and assist physicians and staff as needed.
Education Requirements for LPN: One year certificate from an accredited college or technical school.
Licensure/Certification for LPN: Licensed as an LPN in the State of Kansas.
Experience Requirements for LPN: New graduates are encouraged to apply. Three to six months related experience preferred.
Pay range is $21 - $23 per hour depending upon education and experience, plus both shift and weekend differentials.
Must be 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
