What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Weekend Option position at KVC?
We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Nurses!
The RN Weekend Option for Camber Children's Mental Health works two 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday and get paid for three per week. This is a full-time position and eligible for PTO and benefits. Our RNs help determine the need for medical attention and communicating with case managers or treatment team in charge of the patient’s physical health. They transcribe and administer medications, attend to minor injuries or accidents and assist physicians and staff as needed. Shifts available are Saturday and Sunday from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.
Must be 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
Pay Rate:
- $28.50 - $32 per hour depending on education and experience.
Education Requirements:
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited college or university. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas.
Experience Requirements:
New graduates are encouraged to apply. Three to six months related experience preferred.
