We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial real estate team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business.
This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. Compensation:$85,000 - $135,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
- Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
- Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
- Commercial Lead generation

- Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals
- Self motivated and self sufficient
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
