As the Executive Assistant to our Team Leader, you’ll face challenges head-on and go above and beyond to meet the needs of our associates and their clients. Our ideal candidate performs calmly under pressure, functions well in a fluid, fast-paced environment, is persistent, proactive, and enjoys building and nurturing professional relationships. They are resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate daily business calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Facilitate internal communications as directed.
- Take the lead on miscellaneous initiatives as assigned.
- Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with the Market Center Team Leader and Team.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
