What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lube Technician position at Kwik Kar?
Purpose – The Lube Technician is responsible all aspects of our oil change and preventive maintenance services.
Experience – Previous Quick Lube experience is a plus
Requirements –
• Demonstrated ability to perform quick lube services.
• Able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
• Demonstrates a pleasant and welcoming attitude.
• Possesses a “can do” team mentality.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of LubeSoft software programs a plus.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician, and the ability to diagnose and recommend repairs to customer vehicles.
• Demonstrated outstanding moral character.
• Ability to communicate and positively role model Kwik Kar company culture.
