Position Purpose: The Director of Mortgage Training and Development position provides leadership, oversight, training and development, supporting Sales and Operations in all aspects of business. Initial focus is to develop and enhance Sales Training for all verticals and will evolve to include training support for other departments and operations roles.   This position will include the development of current Sales Trainers and transitioning Sales Managers through coaching and education. This role will provide consultation on proper loan structuring, pricing, products, process flow, systems, and originating forward mortgage loans.
