Not only will you have responsibility for the receivables process, you will also assist with reconciling G/L, preparing journal entries, and completing month-end financial statements in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. What your career entails:
Each day in the life of an Accounting Specialist is sure to be different and eventful as you are relied upon to
handle all aspects of billing, accounts receivable, and cash receipts. We will count on you to have positive and collaborative interactions with various departments including TV news, radio, and sales. If you love to be the HERO with your research and problem-solving skills, you will really LOVE the work required in this deadline driven, service-oriented role.
What the job requires of you:
An Accounting Specialist is someone who is responsive to deadlines, works with empathy, and can tackle multiple projects and requests with ease and enthusiasm. We need someone with 2 years of accounting experience (added bonus if you have accounts receivable knowledge), strong bookkeeping and Excel/Word skills, and a solid knowledge of accounting principles. An AA degree or 2 years of accounting related college courses is a plus.

Pay range: $24.00/hour - $28.00/hour
