The majority of this role will be done remotely. The ideal candidate must be located within one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, and Utah.
Job Summary
Manage recruiting activities and build candidate relationships from beginning to end, to increase our lead, prospect and candidate flow. Identify, source and build pools of highly qualified applicants from which we can draw and target our recruiting efforts. Manage and document all sourcing and recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking System.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build robust talent pipeline of entry level Behavior Therapist candidates
- Ensure steady flow of quality applicant leads to support regional sourcing efforts
- Search and create cutting edge strategies for finding talent
- Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Research and propose new channels and approaches to attract top talent
- Manage and maintain accurate data entry and integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Ensure successful completion of interviewer documentation and compliance with all hiring regulations and requirements through applicant tracking system
- Manage job boards and employee referrals; post weekly job postings
- Process onboarding of new staff
- Review, screen job applications
- Fulfill various administrative responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and/or experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 - 5 years experience in recruiting, sourcing and/or related areas. preferably in medium to large sized healthcare company environment.
- Must have sufficient experience to be comfortable with high-volume recruitment for entry-level jobs in a fast-paced operation.
Communication skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or employment law regulations.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, and employees.
- Ability to influence and persuade others.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative networking relationships with colleagues and candidates.
Language skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language such as applications, training materials and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers and others within and outside of the organization.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
Other skills and abilities:
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail.
- Evidence of strong leadership skills.
- Strong computer skills, including G-Suite.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies extemporaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination no later than your scheduled start date.
