GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Associate Business Intelligence Analyst is under direct supervision, the employee will be responsible for successful delivery of the BI/BW/BPC planning and consolidation solutions. This position will use formal methodologies during requirements gathering, design, build/test and deployment. In addition, they may also configure Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI to be used for planning functionality. They may configure & design using C , Python, SQL, to develop application utilities including to facilitate Schedules, process applications and data mining applications. They will also manage interfaces between BPC and other software applications. Will manage and provide functional design support for BW development objects related to BPC. They should assist in defining the characteristics, info-provider capabilities, inputs, outputs and results necessary to describe the required functionality and reports needed to support the business.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree with extensive course work in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
A minimum of 1 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Development support for BPC objectives that are existing and new.
2. As part of the Strategic Planning and Analytics team, partner with technical teams and business partners to ensure close collaboration between tech teams and the business.
3. Develop a deep understanding of the company's current data needs, and shape the future data strategy.
4. Collaborate on engineering and documenting data and analytics process flows.
5. Create and manage dashboards, scorecards, and other analytical services.
6. Train business partners on self-service data solutions and reports.
7. Document the work flow and develop guides for reference.
8. Develop analytics solutions that bring data to life by using design thinking concepts in a timely manner.
9. Effectively coordinate work and collaborate across various cross-functional groups and levels in the organization.
10. Succinctly and effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical users.
11. Load data to/from BPC and other sources to BW.
12. Support internal Data Science team with data extraction, validation and deployments.
13. Support Process Chains.
14. Provide Reporting Design/Creation/Maintenance support as needed with BW, Bex Query, and Analysis for Office.
15. Support business with troubleshooting and helpdesk issues.
16. Other duties as assigned.
