Required Skills and Experience
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* 4 years of experience managing IT projects.
* Experience working with Agile methodology.
* Experience with projects in a program environment (i.e., multiple interrelated and coordinated projects) led by a Program Manager.
* Experience with large-scale implementation projects with the following characteristics.
* Very large and high-profile multiple technologies and functions.
* Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations.
* 7 years of IT work experience including but not limited to.
* Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
* Producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or test scripts.
* Facilitating business and technical analysis meetings and producing detailed meetings agendas and notes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Bachelor of Science/Arts degree.
* Experience working with Azure DevOps.
* Experience with distributed application architecture.
* Experience working with state government.

Primary Responsibilities
* Providing overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
* Attending and/or facilitating meetings with project stakeholder groups.
* Assembling projects plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resources needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately to the Program Manager.
* Communicating effectively regarding all major projects areas such as scope, risk, and resources.
* Possessing expertise in the business units they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities.
* Working closely with management, other Project Managers, and the IT unit to ensure that the application meets scope, requirements, and Projects management guidelines.
* Assisting with both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.
* Identifying and eliminating obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation.
* Other duties as assigned.
