We're looking for a Creative Services Manager to join our marketing team in NYC or LA to oversee the creative development and delivery of projects that have been sold to clients. As a creative pioneer with a passion for developing best-in-class partner solutions, the Creative Services Manager has an eye for detail that spans across everything from art direction to scriptwriting. This person is driven to always push creative concepts further so that they reach the highest levels of quality and innovation, aligning with the original concepts, as presented to and understood by our high-profile brand partners.
The Creative Services Manager has ample experience ideating, iterating and executing on ground-breaking new content formats and subjects, creating engaging, entertaining and informative concepts that align Kyra’s offerings with a brand’s purpose, mission, and value drivers. The Client Services Manager has expertise in lifestyle content on social platforms and has the required acumen to leverage our Gen Z authority and unique market position.
A highly-organized creative thinker, the ideal candidate is highly motivated and energetic, capable of juggling multiple creative projects in different categories simultaneously. Additionally, the Creative Services Manager has solid experience creatively developing and delivering digital solutions for consumer brands directly and through agencies, with the confidence to present to clients.
Knowledge of social media and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Podcasting) is a must. The proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments, including Production, Client Services, Talent, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment is critical. Experience with Gen Z and millennial branded content is preferred.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead creative development for brand partners from start to finish, making their brands relevant for our Gen Z audience
- Develop best-in-class, award-worthy campaigns that uphold Kyra’s unique market positioning, while delivering on client goals
- Oversee all operations for the post-sale ideation and development process
- Build campaigns across a variety of platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Podcasts)
- Oversee the creation of talent briefs, scripts, treatments and storyboards
- Write a variety of copy from campaign names to headlines to social captions
- Interface directly with clients’ marketers, brand managers, and social media teams
- Help lead key client meetings from a creative perspective
- Work collaboratively with graphic designers, photographers and directors to bring to life a project’s creative vision
- Attend photo shoots and film shoots to ensure the final output reaches Kyra’s high-quality standards
- Communicate regularly with the Integrated Marketing team members to ensure the final creative output always stays on brief
- Develop innovative ideas to go above and beyond what was originally pitched in to the client
- Work closely with client services to deliver key campaign messaging across channels
- Constantly liaise with the production team to ensure creative deliverables stick to timings and budgets
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 3-5 years experience in digital creative roles of ascending responsibility
- Proven track record of developing creative advertising and native solutions for major brands across a variety of consumer categories
- True and deep experience managing the post-sales process
- Experience working with content teams and production studio(s)
- Experience collaborating with product and social teams
- Extensive experience with social media platforms
- Strong art director and copywriting experience
- Passion for creating award-winning creative advertising products
- Natural-born storyteller
- Strong organizational skills
- Savvy communicator with proven ability to work across departments to get things done
