Hours/Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours)
Must Have skills and experiences:
Great Communication Skills (Phone/Written)
Previous customer service and conflict resolution experience.
Ability to work under pressure, intuitive and ability to handle complex assignments.
MS Office Suite including Excel, data entry and reporting.
Education: College degree is preferred, or similar work experience.
Experience: At least 2 years in Program Management /Project Management
Note: Manager would like to see work stability. Please do not submit anyone who frequently has a new job every year.
This position requires the following job duties:
Responsible for project or program management and coordinates routine and special events; manages high-level customer visits and special events; responsible for Six Sigma and/or financial tracking, productivity reporting and metrics; confidentially manages exempt and officer performance reviews, rating/ranking, compensation and other personnel processes; represents to customers, distributors, suppliers and outside agencies; authors letters; responds to requests; handles calls; resolves customer complaints; manages databases and researches, analyzes and reports data, to include financial data; manages information process such as preparing briefing materials for customers, board and internal meetings; reviews and researches publications and internet for target issues; creates and maintains intranet sites; and performs other duties assigned by the supervisor. Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
