Job title: Unit Supervisor
Duration : 2-year contract. Evaluation of contract extensions occur every month, and those that work to expectations are renewed consistently. / Might turn into FTE
Job location : 1100 13th Ave East Moline IL USA 61244
Shift : This position will be 1st shift OR 3rd Shift
****Pay Rate : Upto $41/hr on W2 based on experience Relocation assistance
Job Description:

This position has a possibility of being 1st or 3rd shift (most likely 1st, but it's possible they'll need to work 3rd). If you have a candidate that can only work one shift, please note on resume.
Responsibilities:
-Manage daily manpower through operator certification and cross training
-Manage Daily Timecards
-Escalate problems through cross functional resources and leadership to ensure on time delivery, distinctive product quality, and a safe environment for their dept.
-Manage and facilitate Continuous Improvement activities
Required Skills:
-Microsoft Office experience required. SAP experience a big plus.
-Bachelor's degree preferred but will look at experience.
-Should have experience in managing people and strong communication skills.
-Previous work in a union environment is preferred.
Metatarsals required for first day.
