Requirements:
- Lead the team in daily store operations, ensuring food is prepared accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our recipes and effectively communicate with staff to maintain quality and consistency.
- Provide exceptional customer service during order processing at the point-of-sale, handling phone orders, and managing third-party delivery orders.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
- Communicate inventory status and employee performance to management/owner.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and maintain a sense of urgency during busy periods.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Serve food quickly and provide friendly ALOHA service.
- Solve problems efficiently.
- Carry a positive attitude.
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
- Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift.
- Organized, detailed and enjoys following standards and guidelines.
- Knows the restaurant, shift goals and rules; willing to achieve them every day.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills/Aptitudes:
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or in a relevant managerial role.
- Thorough understanding of industry standards and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Commitment to delivering excellent service to every customer.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and organizational skills.

- Commitment to upholding quality service and possessing food and beverage knowledge.
Qualifications
Knowledge
1. Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
2. Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
3. Previous prep or line cook experience.
