RESPONSIBILITIES
To be a liaison between management, architects, project design, building departments, field staff and clientele. Create and manage schedules of sub-contractors, vendors, and field staff. Guarantee on time quality turn overs within budgets established. Create change orders as project dictates to clientele. Negotiate contracts with sub-contractors and vendors and qualify specific trades duties. Weekly reporting of job status to management and clientele. Identify and potential delays and/or liabilities and create a plan of action to prevent these occurrences. Procure necessary close-out documentation and punch lists with the aid of our office staff and your field supers for on time billings.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2– 3 years of Retail Tenant Finish project management.
- 5 years’ experience as field super or hands on carpentry experience in retail.
- Strong Analytical Skills in evaluating situations and outcome.
- Love and appreciate demanding challenges.
- Adapt to challenges and prioritize activities.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Maxwell’s Pro-Contractor MX is a plus.
- Ability to lead others, create positive influence within organization and create a team-oriented environment.
