What You Will Do
Plant CFO responsible for providing controller leadership and partnership to both Plant Operations and Finance at the Florence Kentucky Plant as well as liaising with DO Leadership and the Logistics teams to drive Value Creation.

What You Will Do
Plant CFO responsible for providing controller leadership and partnership to both Plant Operations and Finance at the Florence Kentucky Plant as well as liaising with DO Leadership and the Logistics teams to drive Value Creation.
- Manage entire Plant P&L costs, developing budgets/trends and recommending corrective courses of action.
- Provide financial leadership and strategy as it relates to Value Creation.
- Improve Gross Margin by driving organizational accountability and performance on added value and productivity metrics.
- Ownership of the financial integrity and data accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to all Logistics/Manufacturing internal controls, providing training and developing best practices as needed.
- Liaise with the proper teams to improve Health of Inventory (HOI), reduce E&O and drive sustainability.
- Partner with the relevant teams to improve Cash Flow via HOI.
- Collaborate with Plant Operations on Sustainability initiatives.
- Manage the financial close process including ownership and reconciliations of relevant Balance Sheet and P&L lines.
- Participate in benchmark studies with Global DGO Manufacturing.
- Develop financial reports to support effective expense management.
- Provide monthly analysis of Plant performance metrics versus budget, trends and prior years.
- Lead special projects and/or participate on project teams as needed.
- Manage a team.
- Report operationally to Plant Manager and financially to CPD Operations Finance VP.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10 years of Finance Experience
- Proven leadership ability
- Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive problem solving
- Drive process and reporting improvements
- Strong strategic/forward thinking skills
- Ability to influence business partners
- Self-Directed
- Some travel required
- Experience with SAP preferred
