What You Will Do
Lead US Brand Supply, responsible for two direct reports. Influences leadership across the organization to optimize service level and inventory. Coach and develop team of supply planners for US Brands. Responsible for the stock equation (confirmation and inventory) and ensures the quality of the demand requirements for the brands they manage.

What You Will Do
Lead US Brand Supply, responsible for two direct reports. Influences leadership across the organization to optimize service level and inventory. Coach and develop team of supply planners for US Brands. Responsible for the stock equation (confirmation and inventory) and ensures the quality of the demand requirements for the brands they manage.
- Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles.
- Analyze specific trends to determine risks & opportunities.
- Manage launch and basic stock strategy at the SKU level for multiple métiers.
- Facilitate/lead monthly meetings with stakeholders such as GM, Sales, Marketing and Finance to review risks
- Responsible for monthly Procurement cycle, influencing and collaborating regularly with GS&OP to ensure best interest of US Affiliate are secured.
- Investigate daily/weekly cuts to identify causes and work to find solutions.
- Responsible for diverse catalogue split between multiple GMs

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field is required.
- 5-7 years prior experience working in Supply Chain is preferred.
- SAP or equivalent experience.
- Prior supervisor/management experience preferred
- Level of experience is differentiated by an individual’s experience level and the scope and complexity of the business unit.
