What You Will Do:
L’oreal is looking for a Brand Analyst to join the Youth To The People brand. The Analyst will develop and deliver the voice of the consumer to the brands and the cross-functional teams through in-depth analysis of the Consumer Care Center consumer feedback. The Analyst will partner with key stakeholders at brand level and within CCC to foster partnership across functional groups - ensuring that CCC data is effectively shared with brand teams and CMI to allow for maximum impact to customer experience at all stages of consumer journey. Responsible for translating brand voice and ensuring CCC team embodies that voice appropriately. Develop and report on key wins for projects and regular goals based on business requirements. Facilitate onboarding new brands as required. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting a number of analyzes on different sales measures, and present conclusions and recommendations based on your findings to the team.
Job Duties and Accountabilities
Channel Management
Make recommendation to optimize consumer experience relevant to channels including making recommendations on new channel activation
Develop rules of engagement in partnership with key brand stakeholders
Develop, understand & align brand voice by channel
Sharing consumer voice to brand
Provides relevant consumer feedback related to all channels and understands the influence of these channels on the consumer experience
Identifies key issues, understands why issues exist, makes recommendations for improvement and tracks results.
Identify any gaps that could impact consumer experience and work with appropriate functional group to alleviate
Review survey and consumer contact data, presenting actionable information to interested parties
Creates story-telling communication to transfer data into actionable insights
Create and sustain strong analysis of the L'Oreal USA brands insights from both offline and online data - sharing data in an impactful way as appropriate
Is involved in brand cross-functional team to bring insights to new product development
Regularly engage with customers in both live interaction and advocate shadowing to ensure real time understanding of consumer experienceEnsure CCC team has all required information from brands to ensure best consumer experience across multiple channels in appropriate brand voice (including Product Information, FAQ, Consumer Response & Training).
Responsible for recognizing opportunities for improvement in our policies or processes and leading the initiative in these areas in an effort to reduce disruptions in service or detract from customer satisfaction
Supports the Consumer Care Team in ensuring optimal service levels maximizing use of resources while considering the expectations of the brand.
Create and maintain documentation and content around process, rules of engagement, and brand voice for responsible brands
Use BRAIN reporting capabilities to create KPI's and measure the success of corporate contacts.
Ensure availability and effectiveness of Self-Service option available to consumer
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to analyze consumer feedback and trends.
Strong project and process management skills
Ability to analyze and plan appropriately for business demands.
Exhibit sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
Experience with BRAIN, Cognos, Business Analyzer and other reporting tools preferred.
Must be a self-learner who is willing to help out wherever he/she is needed.
Experience/ interest in Market Research, Business Analysis, Consumer Experience Journey Mapping and Linguistic studies a plus.
