Lithia Nissan of Fresno is now hiring Automotive Service Advisors to join our team of talented professionals. We are seeking highly motivated, team oriented, hardworking Service Advisors that have a history of achieving and maintaining high CSI scores. We want individuals who are looking for a career, not just another job.

Qualifications:

• 2 Years of Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, REQUIRED.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus.
• Knowledge of CDK, Nissan experience a plus
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,560.00 - $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
