Duties And Responsibilities
- Box and organize all products that are cleaned, inspected and ready to ship. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Following shipping instructions in order to assure customer shipping methods are followed.
- Organize shipping area so orders waiting for Credit Card or ship Completes can easily be found and identified.
- Communicate with Customer Service and Sales regarding Sales Manager Reviews.
- Ship each order through the system, then ship through UPS, FedEx, or USPS to get shipping label.
- Place each box at designated pickup area in warehouse.
- Make sure shipping area is stocked each morning, boxes, tape, labels, etc.
- Call and schedule pickups for customers that require LTL.
- General Knowledge of UPS and FedEx is a plus but training provided.
