Assist in developing strategies for implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI)
Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work
Collect and maintain CI records for work area including recording scores, creating action lists, participating as necessary, and investigating and documenting issues
Data collect about current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities
Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget
Identify waste in processes and work to remove it
Work closely with operations team to establish work standards
Utilize Six Sigma principles
Practice Lean Manufacturing
Strategic Goal Deployment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
GPA of 3.0 or greater
Preferred Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in MS Project, Mini Tab, Access and/or Visio
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
Proactive work ethic and energy
Effective team member and contributor
Comprehension of engineering prints and schematics
Highly organized, quality conscious with a great attention to detail
