What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at La Cumbre Country Club?
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and vacuuming.
Assist in some housekeeping, janitorial work as necessary including mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and wash garbage cans
Dispose of building trash and make sure the inside and outside areas are clean and neat
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Schedule:
Wednesday 1:00 - 8:00 pm, Saturday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
