SUMMARY: Provide a welcoming, informative, and entertaining experience for all members and guests. This must result in exceeding personal revenue goals. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Generation & Appointment Booking
- Marketing, promotions, and prospecting, resulting in leads.
- Internal marketing and prospecting through collecting leads at the point of enrollment and from current members. These activities must result in lead gathering.
- Book appointments through productive phone and in-person activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals.
2. Guest Touring, Membership Presentations, & Personal Production
- Ensure every guest is presented a fitness tour. Tours should result in enrolling half of the guests that are seen on a membership (50% Closing) and enrolling with Personal Training (25%).
- Ensure financial goals are met or exceeded each month.
- The minimum expectation is to write 8 Personal Training Units each month after the probation.
- Ensure Sales Drivers are Held accountable to meeting or exceeding the required sales behaviors.
- Ensure integrity of each sale.
3. Customer Service
- Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding expectations.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.
- Accountable for saving members that are requesting to cancel their personal training.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge, skills & abilities
- In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
- General understanding of Fitness Industry.
- Ability to work with computers.
- Must have GREAT interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Must be a team player.
2. Minimum experience:
- 1-2 years sales experience preferred.
3. Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
- Typing, using the telephone, and computer mouse
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing
- Ability to demonstrate proper fitness techniques

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,400.00 per month
