Job Description

The Top 4 Duties of a GM are to act as a:

  • Weekend Scouting Report - always be above 50% weekend rolling average. 40% eligible for promotion.
  • Personal Commissions - consistently write strong personal commissions.
  • Develop Marketing Plan - show ability to drive tours & sell memberships through self & team produced efforts.
  • Develop Replacement - assist with hiring and developing the Sr. SC.

  • To have mastered the requirements for SC and possess the skill, confidence and leadership necessary to take full responsibility for the position.
  • To embrace being judged on the performance of your weekends & overall club performance (not just your personal production).
  • To set high standards by your performance and your conduct, and to inspire everyone on your team to follow your example.
  • To see that sales staff is properly trained and given a fair chance to succeed, and then hold them accountable for achieving the required commission thresholds.
  • To take a genuine interest in what motivates each of your sales team and members. To help your sales team and members achieve their objectives.
  • To develop and promote future LA Fitness leaders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
