What are the responsibilities and job description for the Club Promoter position at LA Fitness?
LA Fitness is looking for high level talent in Maryland. We currently have over 20 locations in the market, with over 700 nationwide. We are constantly looking to upgrade and scout the top talent in the fitness industry. Currently, we are looking to acquire candidates who we can quickly grow into a club manager.
A club promoter is a new position that allows you the freedom to work with multiple departments, however primarily with the General Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include
- Marketing/Promoting the club
- Free trial membership distribution
- Generating memberships through internal/external/digital marketing efforts
- Working front desk (answering phone calls, greeting members, etc.)
- Club pride (making sure club is constantly clean, friendly and well maintained).
Based on performance, club promoters will have the opportunity to enter the fast track sales management program, where the average manager makes $80,000 year.
The timing is right, with substantial opportunity for increased sales going into the New Year!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
