LA Fitness is hiring Fitness Managers who are devoted and excited in assisting members in achieving and fulfilling their individual fitness goals. This position is a sales/management position. Fitness Manager is responsible for outside and inside sales/marketing. For just hitting minimum standards Fitness Managers make $2,500, there is no cap on earnings based on performance. If successful, you can qualify for GM position. Our average GMs make $65,000 per year with our top 20% making over $100,000. About You: We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential and personal training clients to assist them in choosing the right membership options for them! Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,192.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Weekly day range: Every weekend Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
