What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at LA Fitness?
The job of our Operation Manager is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Our Operation Managers hire, train, and supervise all front desk, babysitting and janitorial staff. They also resolve membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budgets and while upholding company standards. The position is full-time Monday-Friday. 3 years of management experience or a 4-year degree is necessary.
