Job description: The overnight baker’s job is to help with the dividing, shaping and baking of the daily bread production. Tasks can vary based on experience and skills.
Schedule: 1AM to 10AM with two consecutive days off
Responsibilities:
The overnight baker has the following responsibilities and duties:
· Keep a safe and sanitary work area
· Divide and shape different types of dough
· Clean and organize at the end of the day
Requirements:
The overnight baker should have the following skills, abilities and experience:
· Pass the food handler certificate
· Be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
· Be able to stand for extended periods of time
· Previous night shift experience is preferred
Compensation:
La Fournette will provide the following compensation:
· Start pay of $16 per hour
· Paid time off
· Paid holidays
· 401k contribution match after 6 months of employment
