Position: Registered Nurse

FTE: Full Time – 40 hours/week

Schedule: Monday- Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm; Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm (hours may vary based on patient schedule)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-op and post-op care for all patients.
• Documentation of all assessments and patient’s response
• Monitor patient's vital signs and assess patient’s overall condition after procedures.
• Managing the overall patient’s care in the operating room
• Assist doctor in procedures and for ultrasounds
• Cleaning and sanitizing patient room
• Administers IVs.
• Reset and sanitize recovery room between patients.
• Review medication protocols and instructions with patients; ensuring patient comprehension of use, instructions, precautions, side effects and risks.
• Prepare patients for discharge and assist them to their vehicles.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA for all patient and clinic information.
• Assists in stocking and ordering supplies.
• Other duties assigned by management.
• Required to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience as an RN (OR/PACU preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• Current ACLS and BLS certification required
• Current RN License required
• Must have current TB test result and Hepatitis B vaccine.
• IVF or OB/GYN experience preferred
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail oriented

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

• OR and PACU: 1 year (Preferred)
• RN: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CA RN License (Preferred)
• ACLS Certification (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
