La Mercerie located in the Roman and Williams Guild in Soho, by chef Marie Aude-Rose celebrates everyday French cooking. Bordier butter, Whole roasted Heritage Chicken with shallot confit, and a rich flourless chocolate cake are just a few examples of the seasonal menu of La Mercerie. From brunch to dinner, aperitifs and wine pour continuously, served alongside an ever-satisfying menu.
We are seeking Food Runners with a can-do attitude and desire to learn about the intricacies of French cuisine to join our team!

Desired Qualifications:
- Must be avaialble to work Lunch and Weekends
- Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant running food and making coffee
- Support chefs at the pass with ticket times and stocking of plate ware/utensils
- Set up pass and break down pass between each service
- Run hot plates to and from the pass
- A good understanding of espresso based coffees
- Entry level food knowledge
