La Mesa RV, a family owned and operated company, is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician for their growing team in the Phoenix, AZ area. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn and a team player.
Salary: Based on experience
Requirements:
· Basic Carpentry skills
· Basic tools required
· Ability to work inside and outside buildings
· Maintenance tech, construction, handyman, etc. previous experience working with hands and trainable
· Work at two locations – Phoenix and Mesa, drive company vehicle
Job Requirements:
· Changing lightbulbs
· Replace A/C filters. Repair A/C belt.
· Maintain fire extinguisher expiration dates
· Touch up painting
· Assist with exterior trash
· Minor drywall patching
· Trouble shoot leaks
· Electrical sockets, minor electrical
· Learn breaker system
· Other responsibilities as directed.
