What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Team Ldr position at Labcorp?
Administrative Team Lead- Graham, N.C.
- Check Wells Fargo website for adjustments/NCIs
- Send out daily emails to the department/customers such as PT Tray, CDP totals, daily plans, etc.
- Maintain the SLA(Service Level Agreement) spreadsheet
- Complete/process the PSC checks
- Respond to any incoming emails addressed to Lockbox Operations that may contain deposit/imaging errors. Correct the errors if needed and respond back to sender. Review errors with agents.
- Maintain a steady workflow for Lockbox
- Assist employees with any questions or concerns
- Share best practices with the team
- Review Coupon Z checks/deliver to transports
- Process Kelsey check each month
- Problem solves issues to determine the root cause. Contacts the appropriate management when needed and recommend solutions
- Continually supports the Lean Principles
- Offers suggestions to supervisor/manager to improve processes
- Provides input on revisions to SOPs. Informs supervisor of areas where work instructions may require more clarity or further instruction.
- Trains new employees
- Backup to Financial Assistant
- Backup to Supervisor (minus TimeTracker)
Required Skills:
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organization skills
- Solid interpersonal relationship and conflict resolution skills
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel to create and modify spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptive to change
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of lockbox processes
- Working knowledge of LabCorp systems/tools such as LCBS, CDP, Document Direct
- Understanding of basic accounting processes
- Ability to 10-key with efficiency and accuracy
Pay: 35-40K Depending on Experience
