About the Team:
- The Reagent Prep Department specializes in utilizing numerous laboratory techniques in producing standards, QC’s, chemicals, and reagents necessary for patient testing.
Internship Assignment Summary:
- Assist the lab in formulating buffers, MSD/ELISA plates, aliquoting, and pipetting.
- Participate in special projects.
- Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials. Receive, log, and store delivered items.
- Assists technicians in the preparation of materials, equipment, and glassware.
- Adheres to the standard operating procedures and safety requirements of Esoterix, CLIA, CAP and other regulatory bodies.
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
- Working towards bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences; students pursuing post graduate degree HIGHLY preferred
- Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
- Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
Pay Range $16-23/hr
