What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Labcorp?
Labcorp is hiring for a Program Manager in Raleigh, NC to oversee diagnostics program operations.
The shift for this role will be M-F 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
Directs phases of product from inception through early stage clinical trials and/or marketing.
Coordinates proposals, business plans, and specifications.
Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts.
Identifies problems and provides solutions.
Directs work of employees assigned to program.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences with 6 year applicable work experience. 4 years experience if paired with a Master's degree.
Knowledge of hazardous waste characteristics, hazardous waste volume generation limits, accumulation limits, spill control measures, record keeping, proper handling and container management, labeling, container and storage inspection.
Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills.
Vision Requirements: Able to pass standardized color vision test, as required by test performed.
