Branch Manager:
Branch Manager needed for busy industrial staffing company with the location in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Ideal candidate will be local, and possess experience in outside, business to business sales (particularly in construction/warehousing/light industrial fields) and/or managing a staffing office environment or management of a field work force.
Branch Manager position description:
Successful Branch Manager will be directly responsible for all operations, growth, profitability, and management of subordinate staff. Duties will include coordination and implementation of outside and office based business development efforts, SALES!; customer site visits; customer service; the hiring, management of, and termination of temporary associates; taking orders for and dispatching of temporary associates to client sites; coordination of transportation for temporary associates; daily payroll administration; collection of the branch receivables with assistance of corporate staff; workers compensation claims management; daily/weekly reporting procedures; and other duties the company may ask to be performed.

Branch Manager requirements:
*Ability to prove you are an overachiever, Sales!

*Must be awesome at opening doors, sales, and getting appointments from a cold start.
*Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator and salesperson, a barracuda closer, and able to work with people of varied socio-economic status.
*Requires early morning starts (yep, before dawn most days) and round the clock business building mindset, think sales!
*You can expect that you will actually have to work at some tasks other than full time selling.
*Your own, reliable transportation and valid driver's license (part of the job's duty is outside sales and building your business through sales)
*Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred, but not required.
**Must have own transportation and be willing to use it for work purposes.**
**Must have a valid drivers license**
**Must pass preemployment drug screening and background check**
Must have the ability and flexibility to work early morning hours, late evening hours, and weekends.
