Job description
Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who will be responsible for auditing financial reports, supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed, and performing all other bookkeeping duties in compliance with set policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least two years of experience working in a busy office. We're also hoping for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with our tight-knit team. We are looking for someone who has a problem solving mentality, has customer service experience and can speak with both our workers and clients and can meet deadlines.
LaborNOW is a growing small business that needs someone who will be a fit for our company culture and excited to make sure our books are in order to help us keep growing. Our owner is a female entrepreneur with several LLCs and expenses, transactions and projects that need to be kept up with. We have a very warm and inviting environment, our team is small and like a family. Bi-lingual Spanish and English is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Keep up with company expenses for several people and projects.
- Payroll for the workers in the field and the office team.
- Project based accounting is a plus.
- Open to learn new software.
- Problem Solving Mentality.
- Reconciliation.
- Bill pay.
- Data Entry.
- Invoicing in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports for the owner to review from QuickBooks.
- Answer the phone and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Use a computer to maintain records and accounts payable files.
- Be responsible for company's financial records.
- Be honest, on time, focused on your job and detailed.
- Be open to helping your teammates with other administrative duties.
- Must speak Spanish and English Fluently.
- Skills test: Managing accounts in QuickBooks
Qualifications

Pay: $18.05 - $21.73 per hour
