What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Lacrosse Ball Store?
* This position offers a base hourly rate plus a competitive monthly commission based on sales performance up to 100% of the total base hourly pay for a month
OBJECTIVES
- Manage pipeline of prospects (typically sports coaches, athletic directors, equipment managers) and perform daily review of leads and lead sources
- Identify new prospects and reach out via cold email or cold call
- Accurately provide information regarding Lacrosse Ball Store's Team Uniform Packages, differentiators, and process
- Ask qualifying questions to determine the client's needs and timeline
- Document conversations in a clear, concise manner
COMPETENCIES
- Strong ability to make it easy and simple for coaches, athletic directors, admins by explaining Lacrosse Ball Store's sports uniform offerings and our strengths
- Ability to meet or exceed sales quota of certain number of outbound calls/day
- Ability to utilize Google spreadsheet in taking notes on clients and logging necessary information
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GED or high school diploma preferred
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a sales specific role
- Previous or current participation in lacrosse or other sports is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
