Welcome to Ladybug Kids Dental! We are a brand new state-of-the-art children’s dental office in Norwalk seeking a caring, enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable receptionist with DENTAL experience, and great bilingual communication skills to join our Pediatric Dental team. Ideal candidate must be a team player, able to multitask, and be able to handle a fast paced practice. You will be responsible to coordinate scheduling, occasional treatment planning, and checking patients in and out.
As a front office receptionist, you create the first impression and a lasting impression for each patient, whether in person or on the phone. We are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term career and wants to grow within our company. If you are that person, please email us your resume.
Business hours are 7:50am-5pm weekdays, 7:50am-2pm rotating Saturdays. OFF Sunday. Must be available to work 2 -3 Saturdays per month.

Job Duties:
· Greet and assist new patients with registration forms
· Answer multi-line telephones
· Schedule and confirm appointments
· Verify patients' insurance plans: PPO, Denti-Cal and check eligibility
· Facilitate and present patient's dental Treatment Plan for acceptance
· Offer financial arrangements including CareCredit and in-office payment plans
· Collect payments, post payments to the chart, and create claims
· Scan insurance forms, EOBs', medical history, other documents into computer database
Requirements:
· Bilingual Spanish
· Must have previous dental office work experience.
· Knowledge of Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal, and PPO insurance verification
· Ethical, positive attitude, strong oral and written communication skills, detail-oriented, warm, friendly, courteous, highly organized, responsible
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software
· Proficient in dental terminology and treatment procedures
· Knowledge of dental practice management software
· Long term commitment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
