What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Laguna Development Corporation?
Our receptionist is responsible for coordinating the front office calls and visitor flow. Will provide telephone support and be the initial client contact. Support clients by providing valuable product information to callers as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. In addition, is responsible for daily clerical tasks that include correspondence, supply orders and mail management.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
· Maintain front desk, answer main line and direct calls accordingly;
· Provide backup phone support for 8 partners’ phone lines;
· Email Greenwich office team when group lunches arrive and direct the lunches to be dropped off in the kitchen;
· Manage conference room calendars in Outlook;
· Direct guests to assigned conference rooms;
· Assist in setting up/breaking down onsite meetings with catering orders;
· Fill printers with paper;
· Assist with group catering lunch;
· Sort daily mail/courier deliveries and distribute;
· Prepare outgoing FedEx shipments and schedule pickups;
· Work on special projects with various departments as needed.
