We are a Property Maintenance company that manages in-house and 3rd party maintenance for residential houses and apartments in Onondaga and Oswego County. We are looking for a new team member (or 2) to join our team and provide VIP customer service to our growing customer base.

Cleaner/Painter:
We are looking for a reliable Cleaner/Painter to join our team to keep our homes in show ready/move-in ready level. We own and operate several rental properties in Onondaga and Oswego County, ranging from single family houses to apartment buildings. We’ll rely on you to help keep our properties in perfect condition. Working with our leasing agents and maintenance team to get units up and ready for new families to view and move in.
Skills & Responsibilities
Trust, honesty and communication are vital parts to this position.
Must have own transportation
Needs to keep work site clean and organized
Identify and report the need for major repairs
We provide the availability for training if you bring the desire and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
- Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to various surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Skills:
- Knowledge of carpentry skills for minor repairs or modifications is a plus
- Familiarity with fixture installation for painting around objects
