Job Details
Title: SAP Enterprise Architect
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite role)
- Minimum 10 years of SAP Utilities experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy and Utilities sector, with exposure to distribution, transmission, substation, and gas domains.
- Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise architecture solutions for large and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Data, AI/ML initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks is preferred.
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture principles, standards, policies, and best practices for the Energy and Utilities sector.
- Analyze the current state and future state of the enterprise architecture and identify the gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and communicate the enterprise architecture roadmap and transition plan to achieve the desired business outcomes and capabilities.
- Provide guidance and direction to the solution architects and project teams on the design and implementation of the enterprise architecture solutions.
- Review and approve the solution architecture deliverables and ensure the compliance with the enterprise architecture framework and governance.
- Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies to support the enterprise architecture solutions.
- Facilitate the collaboration and coordination among the enterprise architecture stakeholders and communities of practice.
- Monitor and assess the performance and impact of the enterprise architecture solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
